The present petition has been filed for directing respondent No.4 to comply with the instructions contained in respondent No.3 letter dated 28.08.2024 and immediately issue appointment letters to the petitioners. 2. Learned counsel submits that despite the names of the petitioners being shortlisted, as per the letter dated 28.08.2024, Annexure P-10, but for the Class-IV post, Covid-HR staff, all others have been granted appointments, however, faced with the fact that a demand ought to have been raised as a prerequisite to seeking a writ of mandamus, wishes to withdraw the instant petition to enable them to file representation/s, which he prays that the same may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner.

Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 4.
Dismissed as withdrawn. In case petitioners submit representation/s within a period of 10 days, the same shall be considered and decided within 4 weeks, in accordance with law.
