BHARDWAJ, J (ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for seeking quashing of FIR bearing No.612 dated 11.10.2022, under Section(s) 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 3 of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, registered at Police Station Civil Lines, District Hisar. Reply already filed on behalf of the respondent-State is taken on record.

Learned State counsel contends that the present petition has been rendered infructuous since the petitioner already stands acquitted by the trial Court vide judgment dated 26.02.2026 and therefore, the same be disposed of accordingly. Disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. May 27, 2026.
