By way of present petition filed under Section 439 CrPC, prayer has been made for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 0309 dated 14.09.2023 registered under Sections 170, 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC, at Police Station Quilla Panipat, District Panipat wherein, the petitioner has been implicated on the basis of disclosure statement made by Sushil@ Susheel that the petitioner prepared fake ID Cards. 2.

The prayer made herein has been opposed at the instance of learned State counsel while submitting that the petitioner helped the main accused Sushil @ Suhseel in getting the fake ID cards prepared and thus he does not deserve the concession of regular bail. 3.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties and gone through the paper book. I find substance in the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner.

In the present case, the petitioner is in custody since 16.09.2023 and the investigation already stands concluded with the filing of challan. Moreover, the petitioner is not involved in any other case of similar nature. Even as per learned State counsel, during investigation, nothing has been found that the aforementioned ID cards were misused. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court does not find justification to extend his incarceration any further. 5.
