Prayer in this writ petition is for setting-aside order dated 30.09.2025 passed by respondent No.3 whereby provisional attachment of petitioner's bank account has been carried out. 2.
Learned counsel for respondents No.1 and 2, on instructions from Mr. Anand Malik, E.T.O, Bhiwani, submits that this writ petition is rendered infructuous. Reference is made to Form GST DRC-23 dated 15.10.2025. It is submitted that respondent-bank has been duly communicated that the attachment so ordered be lifted. Learned counsel for petitioner, however, submits that petitioner is entitled to compensation for financial losses, business disruptions and other consequential damages. Learned counsel for respondents No.1 and 2, while submitting that the action was taken in accordance with law, repudiates the same.

In view of afore-said communication dated 15.10.2025, we do not find any justification for continuation of present proceedings. So far as question of compensation etc. is concerned, it is open to petitioner to avail remedy(ies) as may be available to it in accordance with law. 5.
It is clarified that there is no expression of opinion on merits of the matter or entitlement etc. of petitioner to any compensation. 6.
Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
