Learned counsel for the appellants has fairly submitted that since the execution has been fully satisfied, thus, the present appeal be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. It is however submitted that the appellants had deposited an amount of 25,000/- by way of a ₹ demand draft at the time of filing of the appeal and the same is lying with the Registry of this Court and have prayed that the Registry be directed to return the said amount to the appellants or their authorized representative. 2.

In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.

In case an amount of 25,000/- was deposited by the appellants ₹ at the time of filing of the present appeal, the Registry is directed to return the same to the appellants or their authorized representative. 4.
