Main case Petitioner prays for the grant of pre-arrest bail in FIR No.137, dated 24.05.2023, registered under Section 148, 149, 307, 323, 506 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, at Police Station, Mundkati, District Palwal.
As per the case of the prosecution, the petitioner alongwith the various other co-accused arrived to the agricultural land/fields of the respondent and attacked resulting in injuries to the other party including a fire arm injury to Vakil. The fire arm injury is attributed to Aamin, son of the petitioner whereas it has been alleged that all other co-accused caused injuries to various other persons.

Learned counsel representing the petitioner contends that there is a cross version recited on behalf of the daughter-in-law of the petitioner resulting in registration of the FIR no.142, dated 27.05.2023 and the petitioner's another son Ahmed also received a fire arm injury. He further submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on account of pendency of a civil suit and proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Gurmeet Singh, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the State. List on 01.02.2024.
In the meantime, in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on interim bail subject to furnishing personal bonds and surety to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so and shall abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
