The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 02.09.2025 (Annexure P-6), passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Faridkot, whereby the application under Order VII Rule 11 CPC has been allowed.

Mr. C.M. Munjal, Advocate, appears on behalf of the respondent and filed power of attorney on his behalf. The same is taken on record.

At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent submits that he does not wish to press or support the application filed under Order VII -1SHUBHAM 2026.04.27 16:13 I am the author of this document

 Rule 11 CPC before the learned trial Court, which was decided vide order dated 02.09.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner endorses the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent and prays that appropriate orders be passed in view of the statement given by counsel for the respondent today in the Court.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the paper-book.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent, the present revision petition is allowed, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case. The order dated 02.09.2025 (Annexure P6), passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Faridkot, is hereby set aside.

The Registry is directed to forward a copy of this order to the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Faridkot for compliance. 9.
