TRIBHUVAN DAHIYA J. (ORAL):
Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that the petitioner's pending representation for transfer, dated 7.12.2023, Annexure P-10, will be considered after completion of the ongoing transfer drive by giving relaxation in terms of Clause 11 of the Online Transfer Policy of Executive Engineers, 2021, Annexure P-1,. The drive is likely to be over by 24.2.2024, and the representation will be decided within four weeks thereafter by passing a speaking order in the facts peculiar to the petitioner's case without creating any precedent.

In view of the statement made, learned senior counsel has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof.
