CRM-47756-2024 This is an application under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 to place on record order of learned trial Court dated 29.10.2024 (Annexure P6). For the reasons mentioned in the application, same is allowed and the accompanied order dated 29.10.2024 is taken on record as Annexure P-6.

Main case.

Petitioner Sucha Singh has filed petition under Section 482 BNSS for grant of anticipatory bail in complaint case No.COMA/2250/2018 titled as "Suresh Kumar Vs. Sucha Singh" under Section 138 of NI Act.

before the trial Court and will abide by the terms and conditions of bail order.

I have considered the arguments and have gone through the record. Copy of complaint filed against present petitioner under Section 138 of NI Act is Annexure P-1 and his medical prescription slip is Annexure P-2. At present proclamation proceedings against petitioner have been issued and the next date fixed in this case is 20.12.2024. Main purpose of issuance of process of arrest warrants or proclamation is to procure presence of accused to face the trial. Considering the aforesaid factual position, petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court within 10 days from today and be released on bail to the satisfaction of trial Court subject to deposit of Rs.20,000/- with District Legal Services Authority, Ambala failing which trial Court may proceed as per law.
