The petitioners through instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India are seeking directions to decide the Partition (Review) Case vide ER No.15526 dated 19.07.2022 titled as "Ramrup and another vs. Subhash Kumar and others" in a time bound manner. 2.

Counsel for the petitioners concedes that the matter is fixed for arguments and the next date before the authority is 10.12.2024. 3.

The matter is already fixed for 10.12.2024 and there seems no reason to control or supervise Board of the respondent-authority. This Court is sanguine of the fact that the competent authority would decide case of the petitioners expeditiously.
