**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) CRM-15590-2024 Prayer in this application is for placing on record a copy of the compromise between petitioner and complainant as Annexure P-4. In view of the averments made in the application, the same is allowed subject to all just exceptions. Annexure P-4 is taken on record. CRM-M-64635-2023 The instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.40, dated 06.02.2023, under Sections 406 and 420 of the IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station Taraori, District Karnal.

This Court vide order dated 21.12.2023, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 21.12.2023, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel submits that the custodial interroation of the petitioner is not required.
