(Oral) Faced with the situation that the victim, father of the victim as also complainant (mother of the victim) are yet to be examined as prosecution witnesses, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition at this stage.

The petition is accordingly directed to be dismissed as withdrawn, for the nonce.

The trial Court is directed to make earnest endeavour to record the testimonies of the victim, father of the victim as also complainant (mother of the victim) at the earliest.
