MANJARI NEHRU KAUL , J. (ORAL) This is a second petition filed by the petitioner seeking the concession of anticipatory bail in FIR No.39 dated 25.05.2024 registered under Sections 304, 337 of the Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Julkan, District Patiala.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has failed to bring to the notice of this Court any material change in circumstances after the dismissal of the previous petition on 11.07.2024 by this Court in the following terms:

"After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to extend the concession of bail to the petitioner, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has made a prayer for withdrawal of the instant petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn."
