Present petition has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in case, FIR No.93 dated 12.08.2023 under Section 21(c) of NDPS Act, and Section 29 of NDPS Act added later on, registered at Police Station Cantt. Ferozepur, District Ferozepur. 2.

First bail petition, i.e., CRM-M-52133-2024, filed by the petitioner, was dismissed, vide order dated 11.07.2025. Hence, present petition is the second petition filed by the petitioner seeking regular bail. 3.

Learned State counsel has filed custody certificate and status report dated 20.01.2026 in the Court today and the same are taken on record.

In the absence of any material change in circumstances, and considering that only three prosecution witnesses remain to be examined, this Court does not find any substantial ground to entertain the prayer for grant of bail, at this stage.

Accordingly, present petition is dismissed.
