This is a petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 29.02.2024 passed in CWP-11619-2021. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that order dated 29.02.2024 passed in CWP-11619-2021 has since been complied with. 3.

The compliance report by way of affidavit of Sh. Naresh Kumar, Manager (Personnel), Haryana State Warehousing Corporation, Panchkula has been filed by learned State counsel, which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place. 4.
