The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.91, dated 18.09.2025 under Section 109, 132, 221, 121(1), 118(1), 115(2), 191 (3), 190 and 324 (4) of BNS, registered at Police Station Nandgarh, District Bathinda. 2.

This Court vide order dated 10.02.2026 granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 10.02.2026, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4.

Learned State counsel has stated that the petitioner has since joined investigation and that he is no longer required for further investigation as of now.

In view of the above, order dated 10.02.2026 is made absolute. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. 6.
