Learned counsel submits that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 03.12.2024, the petitioner had surrendered before the trial Court and was granted bail, whereafter the matter was compromised and the complaint itself stands withdrawn vide order dated 19.12.2024, in view of which, he states that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such. 2.
