**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of impugned order dated 26.09.2024 (Annexure P-1) passed by Addl. Session Judge, Amritsar in FIR No.284 dated 10.09.2020 under Sections 307, 120-B, 34 of IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act (Section 25(6), 25(7), 25(8), 54, 59 of Arms Act added later on) registered at Police Station Maqboolpura, District Police Commissionerate Amritsar, Amritsar (Annexure P-2).

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the instant petition and prays for withdrawal of the same as the same been rendered infructuous after surrender of the petitioner before the trial Court on 21.01.2025 and his application for regular bail is pending after issuing of notice by the trial Court.

Prayer is accepted.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
