Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023, for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 09, dated 30.01.2025, under Sections 21, 25, 29 of NDPS Act, 1985, registered at P.S. Rureke Kalan, District Barnala.

On the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact, complete and required facts could not be mentioned in the present petition, therefore, he seeks withdrawal of instant petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action, with better and correct particulars.
