Present revision petition has been filed by the petitioner against the order dated 05.07.2022 whereby the application filed by the respondent under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 has been allowed. 2.

In view of the judgment dated 24.01.2024 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in FAO-5930-2023 titled 'Rajni vs. Mohit', the impugned order is amenable to appeal under Section 19(1) of the Family Courts Act, 1984.

Faced with the same, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal before the Division Bench. 4.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
