Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of directions to official respondents to carry out investigation in proper and legal manner in FIR No.30 dated 01.08.2023, under Section 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Kot Fatta, District Bathinda. 2.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, wishes to withdraw the present petition at this stage. 3.

Ordered accordingly.
