Petitioners have come before this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.91 dated 02.10.2022 under Sections 153(B), 20(B) IPC, Section 3 of Damage to Public and Private Property Act, 2014, Sections 66(F), 67 of Information and Technology Act, 2000 and Sections 10 and 13 of the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act, 1967 registered at Police Station Thermal Bathinda, District Bathinda (Annexure P-1) and Challan under Section 173 Cr.P.Cdated 27.12.2023 (Annexure P-6).

Case called twice, but none has put in appearance on behalf of petitioner. As such, petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. 3.

It is clarified that Registry shall not entertain any application for restoration of the present petition. However liberty is reserved to petitioner to file fresh. The time for which the present petition was pending before this Court shall not be counted for the purpose of limitation.
