The present appeal pertains to the year 2024. On 26.11.2024 the case was adjourned on the request of the learned counsel for the appellants. On 13.08.2025 the following order was passed : " There is a delay of 467 days in filing the main appeal. Application filed for condonation of the said delay is totally bereft of any reasons.

Faced with the same, learned counsel for the appellants seeks some time to file a better affidavit. On her request, adjourned to 09.12.2025."

Thereafter, on 09.12.2025 the case was adjourned to today by order. As per the office report, there has been no compliance of the order dated 13.08.2025 till date. Today the case has been called twice, however, none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
