This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 07.04.2025 passed in CWP-6295-2025. 2.

Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that the order dated 07.04.2025 was duly complied with and a speaking order was passed on 09.10.2025. A copy thereof has been handed over in Court today as well as to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Registry to scan and tag the same at the appropriate place.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 4.
