As per the aforesaid status report, the statement of the petitioner Komalpreet Kaur was recorded on 11.01.2024 (Annexure R-1/T). She has solemnized the marriage with respondent No. 4-Gurmanbir Singh on 27.12.2023 and at present she is living in her matrimonial home with her husband. She does not want to take any action on the representation dated 28.11.2023 (Annexure P-2) moved to the official respondents. 3.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. 4.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
