The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of amended provisional list (Annexure P-8) .

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that grievance of the petitioner, at this stage, would be redressed, if the respondents are directed to decide his appeal in a time bound manner. 3.

Faced with this, learned State counsel submits that appeal of the petitioner, if pending, would be decided within two weeks from today. 4.
