Counsel for the petitioner has referred to Para 9 of the short reply filed by way of affidavit of Gurinderbir Singh, PPS, Assistant Commissioner of Police, East, Amritsar on behalf of respondent/State, to submit that the petitioner has now appeared before the Trial Court on 21.12.2023.

In view of above, order dated 21st of December, 2023 passed by this Court is made absolute. The petitioner shall furnish bail bonds afresh. 4.
Petition stands disposed off accordingly.
