(Oral) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing of FIR No.168 dated 03.08.2023 registered under Sections 500/506/509 IPC and Section 66(E) and 67(A) of Information Technology Act, 2000 at Police Station Moga, District Moga along with all other proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 28.11.2023. Learned counsel for the petitioners at the very outset submits that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the present petition Dismissed as withdrawn.
