(Oral) By way of present petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., petitioner seeks grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.63 dated 25.02.2023 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 307, 34 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 (Sections 186, 332 and 353 IPC added later on) at Police Station Ambala Sadar, District Ambala. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition at this stage.

Dismissed as not pressed. However, the respondent/State is directed to assist the Trial Court in all possible ways as regards effective continuation of the trial.
