**** MANISHA BATRA, J. (oral) Status report dated 09.04.2024 filed on behalf of respondent-State is taken on record. As per this report, the victim has been recovered on 13.03.2024 and the main accused has also been arrested and he is in custody. Further investigation is going on.

In view of this submission, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition at this stage, with liberty to file fresh one if need so arises.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
