(Oral) Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the instant petition being a case of partial compromise as the co-accused have already been declared 'proclaimed offenders', he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition. In view of the aforesaid submission, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
