Instant petition has been filed under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 (earlier Section 482 Cr.P.C.), seeking quashing of impugned order dated 26.09.2025 (P-6), whereby, conditional warrants of arrest has been issued qua petitioner by learned JMIC, Kurukshetra, in Exe. 242/2024, dated 04.11.2024, titled as, "Dharmender Sachdeva v. Anmol Bansal", in furtherance of award dated 05.04.2024 (P-4), passed by learned JMIC, in case No. NACT/540/2021, dated 15.06.2021, titled as, "Neeraj Kumar v. Anmol Bansal".
