The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of orders dated 09.10.2018 (Annexure P-9) and 27.12.2018 (Annexure P-11) whereby his claim for including his name in promotion list has been declined. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that grievance of the petitioner, at this stage, would be redressed, if the respondents are directed to decide his petition/appeal dated 30.10.2023 in a time bound manner.
