Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner has sought the concession of anticipatory bail, in case FIR No.568 dated 22.10.2023, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of the IPC, and, Sections 3 and 8(1) of the Haryana Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2021, registered at P.S. City Fatehabad, District Fatehabad.

The learned State counsel has filed status report through affidavit of Jaipal Singh, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, HQ, Fatehabad, which is taken on record.

After addressing arguments for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition, however, with liberty to surrender before the investigating officer concerned and to make an application for bail before the learned Court concerned, which may be directed to be decided expeditiously. Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the investigating officer concerned and thereupon, if he makes an application before the learned Court concerned for grant of bail, the same shall be decided most expeditiously, but, after affording adequate opportunity of hearing to all concerned.
