In the present petition, the claim of the petitioner is that the petitioner is entitled for regularization of his services from the date of his initial appointment, which benefit has been extended to the similarly situated employees by the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the claim of the similarly situated employees has already been allowed by this Court while passing the order in CWP No. 12858 of 2018- 'Chand Singh and others v. State of Haryana and others', decided on 24.08.2023 hence, the petitioner is also entitled for the benefit of the said judgment. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already raised the said grievance in the representation dated 26.10.2023 (Annexure P-11) but the same is still pending consideration with the respondents and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a direction is issued to the respondents to decide the same by passing an appropriate speaking order in a time bound manner. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further. 6.
