(Oral) The prayer in the petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0024 dated 08.08.2025 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 7 and 7-A of the Prevention of Corruption Act (PC Act), 1988 and Section 61 of BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Anti Corruption Bureau, Karnal. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 28.10.2025 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation.

The learned State Counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of order dated 28.10.2025 and is not required for custodial interrogation.
