(Oral) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition to approach the respondents for being permitted to participate in the next General Transfer Drive on the basis of parity, as some other similarly placed employees have been allowed to do so vide office order dated 13.06.2023, Annexure P-15. 2.

Learned State counsel, appearing on advance notice, submits that in case any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously keeping in view the order dated 13.06.2023.

In view thereof, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn of with liberty to the petitioners to file a representation before respondent No.2 within PAYAL 2023.12.20 18:49 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
