By way of present writ petition, petitioner has approached this Court under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing order dated 21.02.2022, and 23.11.2022, Annexure P-3 and P-5, passed by respondents No.3 and 4, respectively.

At the outset, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
