The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to Additional Chief Secretary Home, Haryana, to decide his petition against orders passed by police authorities under Punjab Police Rules as applicable to State of Haryana.

Mr.S.S.Sahu, Advocate submits that the petitioner, against orders passed by DGP, has preferred a petition before the Additional Chief Secretary Home and said petition is still pending despite matter having already been heard on 10.11.2022. A period of more than 02 years has passed away still no order has been passed. 3.
