Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for issuance of a Mandamus directing the respondents to grant/release the arrears of salary to the petitioner along with other consequential benefits in terms of the judgment dated 03.07.2014 (P-1) passed by the then Coordinate Bench in CWP-15731-1991.

Learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, submits that present petition be disposed off with liberty to pursue his legal notice dated 25.10.2024 (P-5) already pending before respondent No.1. 3.
