Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that similar controversy was raised in CWP No.25425 of 2024 titled Manjit Singh and others Vs. Punjabi University, Patiala and others, which was decided on 01.10.2024 and the present petitions be also disposed of in the same terms with extra liberty to the petitioners with regard to grant of interest as well. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents raises no objection qua the prayer raised by the petitioners noticed hereinbefore. 3.

In view of above, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of Manjit Singh and others' case (supra) with the liberty to the DIWAKER GULATI 2024.10.28 09:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
