The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C for quashing of FIR No.99, dated 05.08.2017, registered under Sections 147, 149, 323, 354-A, 365, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Sections 342, 376, 511, 498-A IPC added later on) at Police Station, Bahal, District Bhiwani along with all the consequential proceedings arising out therefrom. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. 3.

Mr. Ranvir Singh Arya, Addl. A.G. Haryana, waives service on respondent - State. Since, the trial is going on and reasonable number of witnesses have been examined, this Court, at this stage, find no merit in the present petition, which is dismissed accordingly.
