1. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court does not find any ground to issue any directions as prayed for. The petitioner was caught red-handed while in possession of 265 grams of 'Heroin'. The co-accused was also found to be in possession of 5 grams of 'Heroin' and drug money amounting to Rs.3,57,500/-. The matter has already been investigated and challan stands presented.

2. However, as far as the prayer of the petitioner regarding preservation of CCTV footage is concerned, it shall be open to the petitioner to move appropriate application before the learned trial Court, which shall be duly considered and disposed of in accordance with law expeditiously.
