The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India is seeking directions to the respondents to grant financial benefits w.e.f. 23.10.2007 i.e. the date from which he was promoted to the post of DSP.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad-idem that case of the petitioner is covered by order dated 04.08.2022 passed by this Court in CWP No.9338 of 2011 titled as "Bhag Singh vs. State of Punjab and others".

In the wake of statement of learned counsel for the parties, the present petition stands disposed of in terms of order dated 04.08.2022 passed by this Court in CWP No.9338 of 2011 titled as "Bhag Singh vs. State of Punjab and others".
