During the course of submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner could not point out any justifiable reason for which the petitioner evaded his presence in the trial Court since for the last more than 1 year. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to surrender before the learned trial Court/Duty Magistrate and in that event his bail application be decided in an expeditious manner. In view of the submissions, the instant petition stands dismissed as withdrawn at this stage with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before SANDAL SHARMA 2024.11.29 16:08 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
