The substantive prayer made in the petition reads thus: 't is, therefore, respectfully prayed that the present petition may kindly be allowed and the above said FIR No. 0407 dated 07.10.2021 (Annexure P1) registered under Sections 406, 467, 468, 420, 471 IPC at Police Station- Israna, Distt-Panipat may kindly be quashed qua the petitioner, on the basis of Compromise held between the parties in pursuance of their compromise dated 06.06.2025 (Annexure P-2), in the interest of justice. Further Prayed that the further proceedings arising out of the abovementioned FIR (Annexure P-1) may kindly be stayed qua the petitioner, in the interest of justice.

Further prayed that the petitioner may kindly be exempted from filing the certified/typed copies of the Annexures P-1 to P-5 and permit him to file the photocopies and true typed copies in the interest of justice.' 2.
