Pursuant to the order dated 28.11.2024, status report by way of affidavit of Sukhwinder Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police (City), District Ferozepur, has been filed by learned State counsel today in Court on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3. The same is taken on record. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that in view of the status report, the present petition has become infructuous as the person, i.e. respondent No.4, who had been declared proclaimed offender, was arrested and thereafter produced before the Court of JMIC (Duty), Ferozepur, on 30.01.2025 and thereafter he has been enlarged on bail. He further submits that no grievances remain to be addressed and the present petition may be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. 3.

On the other hand learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition on the ground that the matter has been MEENU 2025.02.05 17:13 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
