In the present petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is entitled for the regularization of his services w.e.f. year, 1991 keeping in view the fact that same benefit has already been given to the similarly situated employees and thereafter, consider the claim of the petitioner for the grant of pensionary benefits under the Old Pension Scheme.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already raised the said grievance in the legal notice dated 27.03.2023 (Annexure P-7) but the same is still pending consideration with the respondents and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a direction is issued to the respondents to decide the same by passing an appropriate speaking order in a time bound manner. 3.

Mr. Pankaj Middha, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-State and submits that in case, the legal notice dated 27.03.2023 (Annexure P-7) has been received in the office of the concerned authorities and the same is still pending consideration with RIYA 2023.12.21 16:38 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
