This is a petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 04.07.2024 passed in CRM-M-32574-2025.

Compliance report by way of an affidavit of Ms. Kanwardeep Kaur, IPS, Senior Superintendent of Police, Police Headquarters, Sector 9, UT, Chandigarh has been filed in Court today, which is taken on record. Along with the compliance report, speaking order dated 03.11.2025 (Annexure R-1) has also been appended.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 4.

Needless to say, the petitioner would always be at liberty to avail her remedies as available in law.
