The instant petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.96 dated 10.08.2024 under Sections 22 & 29 of NDPS Act registered at P.S Bhogpur, Jalandhar. 2.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant the relief, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
